LMS Energy

When LMS Energy brought on their first dedicated marketing lead, it marked a turning point for the company’s communications. With no existing video content and a strong need to modernize their messaging, LMS partnered with Jax Productions to create their first professional video assets.

The goal: develop an engaging safety induction video, highlight real staff in action, and showcase LMS’s commitment to safety across large-scale industrial sites.

Through cinematic visuals, authentic interviews, and a collaborative approach, the project helped drive internal culture, strengthen external brand perception, and lay the foundation for future visual storytelling at LMS.

The Opportunity

When a new marketing lead joined LMS Energy, they were the first in the company’s history to focus on brand awareness and content creation. Up until then, LMS had relied on traditional print-based marketing like trade magazines and flyers, with no video content in use.

With a background in journalism and TV reporting, the new hire recognized the power of video to tell impactful stories, connect with stakeholders, and create internal engagement. The immediate need was to develop a safety induction video for new staff, while also building a long-term vision bank that reflected LMS’s values, people, and operations.

This was the company’s first step into professional video production—and they wanted to do it right.
